Payment- Payment will be made in full once a medium and size is chosen. Payment is made through the secure company Paypal. I will not be dealing in any way with your credit card information. By making a payment for an artwork you are in turn agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy- Your personal information will not be passed along to anyone. I might request to use sentences in your emails for ‘customer quotes’ with your consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details. If you are using PayPal, you may view their Privacy Policy here.

Copyright- I retain full copyright and licensing rights to the artwork purchased, thereby allowing me to use the artwork in whatever what I see fit for an indefinite period of time. The client may not reproduce or modify the artwork. The artwork may not be used for financial gain, unless we have made a written agreement.
